All bookings must be made in advance through our website, app, or customer support.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Pricing is subject to change based on vehicle type, route, time, and distance.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate travel details (pickup time, location, etc.).
The vehicle must be used only for the purpose stated at the time of booking.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to misuse will be chargeable to the customer.
Our drivers are trained and verified. Any misconduct must be reported immediately.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and not engage in illegal or unsafe activities during the ride.
SM Car Rental reserves the right to terminate a trip if passenger behavior endangers the driver, vehicle, or public safety.
SM Car Rental is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize inconvenience.
Customers are responsible for their belongings. SM Car Rental is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Excessive or oversized luggage must be declared during booking.
Our services are available 24/7 within Karnataka. However, vehicle availability is subject to demand.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking under certain conditions, such as safety concerns or misuse.
All passengers must comply with local laws and traffic rules during the trip.
Use of SM Car Rental’s services for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
SM Car Rental reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
